Machine Productions presents the 2008 Geneva Theater Live Music Series. The series will be welcoming some of the best live, original music in the southeast Wisconsin area every Friday and Saturday night in August at the Geneva 4 movie theater in downtown Lake Geneva, WI. Music starting at 8:00 PM will feature local, regional, national and international talent with an emphasis on supporting original, independent local and touring artists.
Past performers have included (in no particular order): CABIN, Pat MacDonald, Amber Rubarth, Dave Tamkin, No River City, King Straggler, Cameron McGill, Meg Allison, Martha Berner, Gus Black, Dewey Kincaid, Jon Troast, The Blueheels, SundayRunners, Steve Reynolds, Matt Hendricks, SOAP, Joe Price, Mark Willer & Jon Brandt, Stukenberg, Nick Venturella, Chris Connelly, Jessica Sonner, Matt Hopper, Bob Hillman, Hayward Williams, J. Dimenna, The Charles Walker Blues Band and many more.
This series is a favorite among area music aficionados and musicians alike, as well as a great place to see up-and-coming songwriters and more established touring bands in this unique, ambient, and historic room in beautiful downtown Lake Geneva. Located just over an hour from Chicago, Madison and Milwaukee. The series will run every weekend in August 2008.
